IHP Nagoya Training Courses
The IHP Nagoya Training Courses have been conducted since 1991 and were attended by more than 200 participants from various research institutions and governmental organizations.
The IHP Nagoya Training Courses are organized by UNESCO Jakarta Hydrology Unit and the Institute of Hydrospheric-Atmospheric Sciences of Nagoya University in Japan. Financial support is provided by a Trust Fund to UNESCO from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of the Japanese Government (MEXT). The training courses are held in Japan on an annual basis and organized for hydrologists from the Southeast Asia and Pacific region.

Until 2014, the courses mainly focused on general hydrology and later concentrated on specified themes. Information on Upcoming IHP Nagoya Training Course is available here!
Furthermore, aiming to keep contact with the alumni of the IHP Nagoya Training Courses, UNESCO with the IHP community, supported by the Japanese National Commission for UNESCO, launches the new web portal at www.ihpnagoyaforum.org.
